Savannah Chrisley has opened up about her mental health struggles in the past. Back in March, she got candid about how she was really feeling. The reality star wants to be a source of inspiration and encouragement to her fans. Even though Savannah loves to share picture-perfect snapshots, she tries to keep it real.
On Friday, March 11, 2022, she held a Q&A via her Instagram Stories. One fan wanted to know how Savannah Chrisley was doing these days. They wanted to make sure she was okay since she was high off her split from Nic Kerdiles. She only hinted that she struggles more than she lets on.
“This face hides a lot… you would never know!” Savannah Chrisley wrote. “I can fake it till I make it. High-functioning depression is a real thing… Honestly though…it gets exhausting.”
The 24-year-old tries to learn about her moods on a daily basis. She said that she’s becoming more “self-aware” and “understands my own toxic traits so I can unlearn from them.” During that time, Savannah said she was in a “season of growth.”
