This man committed the unspeakable atrocity of killing his three young boys. As a result of this senseless act of violence, the whole neighbourhood is in shock. Incidents like this defy description.

I am both shocked and appalled by this account. Why a father would shoot his three sons is beyond me. On June 16th, 2023, Tanya O’Rourke of WCPO posted the following.

For the brutal murders of his three little boys, ages 3, 4, and 7, police have arrested 32-year-old Chad Doerman. The police officers’ body cam video from the arrest of Doerman has now been made public. He is captured on camera shortly after murdering his kids.

Doerman is accused of shooting his three kids to death. On Thursday, June 15th, police responded to 911 calls made by the Monroe Township, Ohio, resident and arrested him there. A mother called 911 to report that her infants had been shot, and a motorist later reported hearing a child yell that her father had started shooting others in the neighbourhood.

When police and paramedics arrived, the three youngsters weren’t moving or making any sounds. It was stated that they had perished right there.

Authorities claim Doerman “confessed to planning and carrying out the deaths of the victims involved for several months.” He reportedly lined up his three sons in the backyard and shot them in a manner consistent with an execution.

Even though one of the lads managed to escape to an adjacent field, Doerman eventually captured, dragged, and killed him as well.

There is now bodycam video of the arrest available online from the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office. Doerman is shown seated on his front porch, rifle in hand. Officers cautiously approach, then toss him to the ground and cuff him.

“Look, man, I don’t mean any harm. I’m totally sober right now. Doerman states he’s “never done drugs in my life” on the recording, but then admits that he used to be a drug user and is just “sober” now.

He assures the officers, “I’m not trying to hurt you,” and then orders his dog back inside the home. The boys’ mother can be heard saying, “They’re dead, aren’t they?” in the background of the footage. How should I proceed? She continues to cry out, “He took my life from me, my life!” Look at how little they are!

In the footage, he can be heard asking law enforcement whether they want him to turn over and answer their inquiries. “I’m not going to harm you.

I’m not losing my cool. Before warning them about his dog, he said, “I ain’t nothing.” He then inquires as to if he can get to his feet, claiming to feel “kind of uncomfortable.”

He admits that his stepdaughter had rushed to the fire station as he is being brought to the rear of the Sheriff’s truck. Then he wants to have his wallet taken out of his back pocket. When he says this, others tell him to “shut up.” You have the right to silence, so don’t be a coward and speak out.

Doerman faces three charges of aggravated murder for the deaths of three people. The mother of the boys was shot in the hand “while trying to defend her children,” the prosecution claims.

His bond was set at $20,000,000 USD. The record sum for the county. He is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on June 26; prosecutors claim he has already confessed to the killings.

Rachel Brown, the mother’s sister and the boys’ aunt, set up a GoFundMe to support her during this trying time. My sister’s three beautiful children passed away yesterday.

There is really no way to make this situation any more bearable. Please, if you can find it in your heart, make a donation to support those affected by this tragedy. She only said that “no one should have to go through this.”

The campaign had aimed to raise $20,000, but has already collected $10 times that amount.
