Study Shows the More You Hang out with Your Mom, the Longer She’ll Live

The sooner and later in life you understand the importance of the family. Healthy relationships with parents and grandparents not only improve mental and physical health, but are also crucial for general life development.

Scientists have shown that death and disability are biological, but can also be due to psychological factors such as loneliness. Loneliness is the result of a lack of social interaction and an inability to love others, as well as a loss of trust in others.

It is about as dangerous as obesity, and after being controlled for socioeconomic status and health, lonely people consistently have a higher mortality rate. To put this into perspective, the increased risk of death is comparable to the risk of death from smoking. The study followed a group of more than 1,000 people in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Two studies of fifth and sixth graders also found that children who had a secure relationship with their mothers were more likely to accept peers, feel less lonely, have more mutual friendships with each other, and are less likely to have insecure relationships between themselves and their mother. It is important to share positive feelings, interactions and good moments with parents – negative experiences can lead to stress and irritation. Enjoy spending time with your mother and father and do things you and she love together. In addition to improving health, these moments also become memories to look back on later in life.
