Earlier this month, The View star went on Instagram to lament how her recent purchase of the video game Diablo IV wasn’t compatible with her Apple computer. At the time, Whoopi voiced her frustration about not being able to play, to the point of asking the franchise’s creator Blizzard Entertainment to allow those with her particular system to play it for the time being. Well, it looks like things haven’t changed, because she went back online a week later looking for some sort of an update from the company on the unprecedented situation.
“Hey y’all, it’s still me,” she began the clip posted on June 16. “I’m getting ready to do a talk and I realized I’m still pretty upset with Blizzard Entertainment because I still have not heard from them. I understand they want me to go get [an] Xbox, but I want my money back if you’re not gonna give me my game! What is happening with this?”

Whoopi continued: “I feel I’m nice about it, but I think a lot of people were upset that they did not get what they were promised … Can somebody just send me a, ‘Hey Whoop. You know, we’re really sorry that happened to you.’ Because I kind of feel like maybe … this is par for the course.”
When fans saw the Sister Act star once ask for answers about Diablo 4, they immediately rushed to the comments with their thoughts. While some felt it wasn’t too big of a deal, many stood up for Whoopi over her current dilemma.
While Whoopi waits for an answer about playing Diablo 4 on a Mac, she still has a lot going on. Apart from starring on The View every morning, she is also while gearing up for the November release of her graphic novel The Change, which was inspired by her love of video games. So, although the game system issue may not be the biggest problem to some folks, it’s understandable why Whoopi is passionate about it.
