Cardi B was startled for a second, but then she took swift action, hurling her microphone towards the person she suspected of the crime. Even when security personnel took control of the mob, her music and singing persisted in the background.

The couple, who wed in September 2017 and have two children together, have since called the fight “petty.” Fans should rest easy, as one source promised People, “They’ll hash it out like they always do.”
