Matt Roloff, star of “Little People, Big World,” updated fans on Instagram on his health lately.
Complications during a regular esophageal inspection were revealed in a picture he uploaded online from his hospital bed.
The reality TV personality, now 61 years old, had gastrointestinal problems during the operation and needed further medical treatment.
He didn’t go into specifics, but he did say he was relieved not to have to use a computer chip and screen. He needs a few days off from work, so he’s taking them.
Matt’s kid Zach had some health issues in the past and had to have a shunt revision in February. Cerebrospinal fluid is removed from the brain or spinal column through a shunt.
While asking for prayers for Zach’s recovery, Matt reassured his audience that he was in good hands. When faced with medical difficulties, the Roloffs put their own health first.
