Getting the Day Started Right!

In an Instagram post, Carrie revealed that her son had found one of her old Tae Bo DVDs in a box of things. He decided to have a little morning workout and she couldn’t help but capture the moment. The video shows him attempting to imitate the Tae Bo instructor and going through the workout. However, it didn’t take long for him to break into a dance move and tumble onto the nearby sofa. It’s a scene that many parents can relate to and find adorable.

A Family of Fitness Enthusiasts

It’s no surprise that Carrie’s son is showing an interest in health and fitness. His father, Mike Fisher, is a retired NHL player, and his mother is dedicated to her own health and fitness journey. Carrie has even released a fitness app and written a book called “Find Your Path” in 2020. It’s clear that health and wellness are important to this family.

A Future Astronaut?

She shared her excitement about talking to astronauts in space, driving lunar rovers, and inspecting space station replicas. Who knows? Maybe Jacob will not only have a passion for fitness but also for exploring the stars.
