'I'd Never Date A Bloke Who Isn't Rich – I'm Doing So Well On My Own'

She's too successful to date someone who isn't financially well-off.

Ali C. Lopez, known as "Gorlock The Destroyer," a self-sufficient influencer worth $250,000, won't date broke men, preferring financial stability in a partner.

An influencer who calls herself a "certified bad b*tch" claims she's so successful financially that she would never date a man who wasn't wealthy.

Ali C. Lopez, a social media celebrity who goes by "Gorlock The Destroyer" online, has a distinct kind.

She claims that she is drawn to males who have "six-foot money."

The 23-year-old Arizonan clarified that although she doesn't limit her relationships to "perfect 10" men, she does demand financial independence from them.

It's not that I wouldn't date someone who's broke,” she admitted on the One Night With Steiny podcast.

After that, she corrected herself and added: “I genuinely wouldn’t date someone who’s broke".

She claims that it's not because she wants to live off of other people's success but rather that she is too successful to be associated with a low earner.

“I already provide a lifestyle for myself that I fund on my own,” she explained.

So why not have someone who's on my team or as a partner be able to provide the same equally if not more?”

The influencer tentatively responded, "Probably not right away," when asked if she would date podcast host Steiny if he approached her in a club.

She acknowledged that she wouldn't have an immediate attraction to him.

Based on her massively popular TikTok and Instagram pages, where she gives cosmetic tips, Ali has an estimated net worth of $250,000 (about £200,000).

She additionally generates additional revenue via the celebrity video greeting app Cameo.

After talking about dating Generation Z women on the Whatever podcast, she gained the moniker "Gorlock."

One Twitter user compared Ali to a video game boss at the end of a level because of the contrast between her plus-sized figure and the small woman seated next to her.

However, she doesn't really like the name herself.

Ali continued, saying: “What annoys me is people calling me that f*****g Gorlock bulls***. It’s literally a fictional character that the internet made up of me… it's not even a real thing”.

Ali's unapologetic approach to her personal and online persona distinguishes her in the digital world.

Her dating standards and insistence on financial independence add complexity to her influencer image.

The dismissal of the "Gorlock" moniker reinforces her self-proclaimed identity as a "certified bad b*tch" navigating the online realm on her own terms.
