Stephanie Dickson, 24, went to the doctor because she felt something was wrong with her. She had severe headaches and sore throats, dizziness, although the doctor told her it was nothing serious, due to stress.

But Stephanie insisted and went to several doctors, but unfortunately, none of them managed to save her in time. Because the pain became unbearable, she went to a reputable hospital in Edinburgh, but doctors only kept her under observation one night, than prescribed her some painkillers and sent her home.

A few hours later, the family found her dead in bed, and after the autopsy, it was established that she had a tumor in the skull area, which pressed hard on her neck, and which caused her unbearable pain. According to the medical report, if the doctors had identified the problem at least the night before, the woman’s life could have been saved.

The tragic event took place in 2013, but now, Stephanie’s best friend has decided to raise funds for those in the same situation and to sound the alarm. She encourages young women not to give up if they feel there is something wrong with their bodies.

“We were all marked by her death, it is a tragedy that cannot be expressed in words. That shouldn’t have happened, ” said Laura, her friend.
