Reba McEntire made headlines again last week when she hosted the American Country Music Awards for the record-breaking 17th time, and she certainly stole the show as well.

The renowned singer served as emcee for the celebration in Fresco, Texas, a duty she has previously performed, including in 2019 and last year. Reba, 69, is a seasoned artist, and her opening monologue demonstrated that she was prepared to produce another outstanding performance.

Fans tuned in from home praised her not only for her immaculate hosting but also for her breathtaking red carpet appearance.

According to sources, Reba turned heads on the red carpet in a sparkling black sequined blazer teamed with Roberto Cavalli flared trousers with a beautiful lace pattern. She finished her eye-catching look with turquoise jewelry, which included a striking necklace and chandelier earrings.

Reba’s attire inspired an outpouring of appreciation online. The singer, who also impressed audiences with her rendition of the “Star Spangled Banner” during this year’s Super Bowl, is well-liked across the country, and her admirers turned out in force following the 2024 ACM Awards.

“Absolutely stunning as usual, Reba,” one fan commented.

Another added, “You are amazing at what you do. But it’s also important to mention how amazing you look.”

“She is one gorgeous woman,” chimed in a third admirer.

But it wasn’t simply her clothing that wowed everyone; Reba’s inherent flair for hosting shined through once more. Reba hosted the ACM Awards for the 17th time, and her relationship to the event dates back over 40 years, to when she received her first award.

Reba didn’t stop joking about her long relationship with the event. She said, “Jelly Roll used to be the name of an after-school snack,” referring to award-winning country singer Jelly Roll.

She also joked about how she used to commute to school by stagecoach, which is now a well-known country music event.

Reba’s performance drew rave reviews from viewers.

“Having Reba host this year’s show is like having your favorite aunt come over for dinner,” one fan on X wrote. “She’s so sweet & you love to hear from her.”

Another said, “Reba is just an absolutely incredible entertainer; country music is lucky to have her.”

“It’s always a good time and a party,” another fan added.

And one more fan declared, “Reba is the ultimate host.”
