Royal source reveals King Charles’ biggest fear in meeting with Prince Harry: The key to ending their feud

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been to several nations and accepted invitations from presidents and other high-ranking officials, including Nigeria and Columbia.

Both of these excursions created a sensation since they resembled official royal tours.

“William is enraged and determined to find a means to prevent this from occurring again. Charles is thought to be as angry as anyone has ever seen him. What has really upset the applecart is that the Nigerians treated Meghan and Harry as if they, too, thought this was an official tour – all the signs were there as the couple were greeted with dances, receptions, visits to schools, and charities,” royal author Tom Quinn told the Mirror of the Sussexes’ three-day tour of Nigeria.

Their journey to Colombia also drew criticism, this time from the public. Given that the Sussexes have been vocal about the security risks of bringing their children to the UK after losing taxpayer-funded protection following Megxit, their choice to visit Colombia has piqued many people’s interest.

“Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t Colombia one of the most dangerous nations in the world? Yet Harry and Meghan, who are so concerned about their safety and security, gladly travel there? Make it make sense,” a netizen known as @Clare_C wrote on X.

According to royal biographer Tom Quinn, this trip would further strain the Sussexes’ relationship with the rest of the Firm by signaling that they want to continue functioning as royals despite any concerns from the royal family.

Queen told Mirror that anytime Harry and Meghan accept an invitation from a sovereign state, it will appear that they “are somehow acting in an official royal capacity.”

Unfortunately, these travels just fueled the fire and increased the distance between Harry and his family.

It is unclear whether Harry will try to make apologies with his father, but royal specialists and several of Harry’s friends say the King is inaccessible when Harry attempts to contact him.

“He gets ‘unavailable right now,'” Harry’s buddy told People Magazine. “His calls go unanswered.” He has tried to contact the King concerning his health, but his calls have also gone unanswered.”

According to a friend of King Charles who talked with the Sunday Times, the reason for this might be that he has lost faith in his younger son. “The King and other family members are concerned that if they have a conversation with Harry, it will appear in Spare Volume Two. How can you recover the trust?” the buddy inquired. “I don’t believe Harry ever will. But based on the chats I’ve had with the King, I would never claim their relationship is irreparable. The King’s ability to forgive his son is unwavering. The issue is that other members of the royal family are far more heavily weighted against Harry.

This is not the first time someone has mentioned the King’s concern of Harry producing another book.

“I can’t think Harry would consider a sequel to Spare. He has shown that he wishes to move on: he has spoken his mind, released his rage, and accepted the consequences,” BBC royal reporter Jennie Bond said. “I don’t suppose he’ll reprise his issues in a second book. There may be one about his career, Invictus, or the pleasures of parenting, but not on his prior troubles.

She added: “If he did go there, then I am sure the response would be a continued dignified silence and a resounding crash as the Palace doors slammed on any hope of future reconciliation.”

On the other side, royal pundit Kinsey Schofield believes Harry is capable of writing a new book, comparable to Spare. On her show Kinsey Schofield Unfiltered, she said that she believes Prince Harry intends to issue a second book once his father “inevitably” dies and his brother, Prince William, ascends to the throne.

“I believe he would write about his family again. After Queen Elizabeth passed away, he waited to publish a book. “Originally, they said there would be another publication after the [late] Queen died,” Schofield explained.

“I suppose he would write a book once his father died. Especially if Prince William keeps him at arms length. What would happen if Prince William pushed you out of the fold?”

Only time will tell whether Harry will reconcile with his family.
