Scientists estimate that everyone in the world has about six look-alikes. In a rare twist of fate, two professional baseball players named Brady Feigl, who bears an uncanny resemblance to each other, crossed paths and decided to investigate the possibility of being long-lost siblings.
A Case of Mistaken Identity: Long Lost Siblings
Both Brady Feigls are pitchers, stand 6’4″ tall, sport fiery red hair and beards, and wear thick glasses. Their striking similarities led to a case of mistaken identity when one Brady received a call inquiring about a surgery he had already undergone six months prior. It turned out the call was meant for the other Brady Feigl, according to Unilad Tech.
Unraveling the Mystery
The two Bradys, who had never met anyone else with their last name outside their families, were intrigued by the coincidences and decided to take a DNA test to see if they were related. They shared that people had often commented on their resemblance, fueling their curiosity.
The DNA Test Results
To the surprise of many, the DNA test revealed that the two Brady Feigls were not related at all. Despite their identical Germanic ancestry levels, which both registered as 53%, their DNA profiles were otherwise completely different. This put to rest any speculation about them being long-lost siblings.
