THIS is the shocking moment when rapper Fatman Scoop passed out on stage during a performance, just before he tragically died.

Unsettling video seemed to show the hip hop star getting CPR after passing out behind a DJ booth while his scared fans screamed.

It got crazy at Town Center Park in Hamden, Connecticut, where the rapper, whose real name is Issac Freeman, was playing a set.

Freeman spoke to the crowd at the front of the stage without a shirt on before taking a few steps back behind the DJ booth.

The star, who seemed to be bending forward over the mixing desk, kept trying to get the crowd excited. He said, “If you came to party…

“Make some noise.”

Following that, Freeman’s speech stopped, and he fell to the ground.

As emergency workers rushed over and began chest compressions, another performer stopped playing music and kept talking to the crowd.

“On the stage, nothing is happening.” “Heavy babies, where are you in Hamden? Make some noise for me,” the performer said.

It was possible to hear Freeman’s fans yelling at the performers, “Is your idol okay?”

People in the crowd were shouting things like “Oh my god!” and “We want to know what happened to Fatman!”

“Is he okay?!” yelled someone else at the concert.

Outside, they kept doing chest compressions while a fan could be heard praying, “Lord, please touch him. Father, God touch him.”

There was also video that seemed to show Freeman on a gurney outside the venue, with a lot of emergency workers crowded around him.

The star was taken to a nearby hospital on Friday night, but too soon died at the age of 53.

His tour manager, Birch Michael (also known as Pure Cold), told everyone on Saturday morning that he had died.

His sad family also wrote a heartbreaking tribute on his official Instagram page.

It said: “It is with profound sadness and very heavy hearts that we share news of the passing of the legendary and iconic FatMan Scoop.”

“The world lost a bright soul last night. She was a light on stage and in life.”

“FatManScoop was more than just a great performer; he was also a dad, a brother, an uncle, and a friend.

“He was the laughter in our lives, a constant source of support, unwavering strength, and courage.”

“Undisputed voice of the club,” the rapper’s family said, adding that his music made them “dance and embrace life with positivity.”

“His joy was infectious and the generosity he extended to all will be deeply missed but never forgotten,” the statement said.

“Even though we are sad about FatManScoop’s death, we are also happy about his amazing life and all the people he touched.”

“FatMan Scoop’s legacy is of love and brightness, it will reside in our hearts and memories forever.”
