Prince Harry’s Surprising Ultimatum: He’ll Return to Britain, But Only Under This One Condition – The Palace Also Unveils Kate Middleton’s Balmoral Plans

As Kate, Princess of Wales, and the other senior royals prepare for their Balmoral summer vacation, a friend of the Duke has claimed that Prince Harry has agreed to attend his late uncle’s memorial service on one condition.

“In normal times, it would be unimaginable that Harry would not be there to support Jane,” the fifth in line to the throne’s pal told an outlet when mentioning Lord Robert Fellows’ upcoming memorial service. “Of course he would want to be there. It will be a huge gathering of the Spencer clan. But these are not normal times, and it may well be that everyone feels Harry’s attendance would just create too much drama. It will be very sad for him if he can’t make it.”

Lady Jane Fellows is the Duke of Sussex’s aunt and one of the late Princess Diana’s sisters. Lord Fellows, her longtime spouse and former private secretary to the late Queen Elizabeth II, di3d on July 29. The former courtier rose to prominence after allegedly “clashing” with his “iconic” sister-in-law during her issues with then-Prince Charles in the 1990s.

Harry’s demand for a low-key meeting comes as King Charles III appears to have “finally” joined the other senior royals in pretending Prince Harry does not exist.

“Prince Harry’s relationship with his father has deteriorated to a new low level,” a source spilled.

Although Harry is embroiled in a severe battle with practically all of his family, it is believed that the only senior royal he has recently talked with is Charles III. The king even opted to meet with his youngest son in February, only one day after his cancer diagnosis was made public. According to some stories, the couple only spoke for 12 minutes, and the King declined to see his renegade son again when the Duke came to Britain on May 8 for an Invictus Games event.

The fifth in line to the throne is claimed to be “adamant” in his determination to contact his father, citing concerns that he and his family may be in danger.

“Harry is frightened and feels the only person who can do anything about it is his father,” a Sussex source spilled to an outlet.

Another source came forward and stated: “Harry is determined to protect his own family at all costs.”

The King and his “spare” couple are allegedly “at loggerheads over Harry’s security requests and are no longer communicating,” followed by the revelation: “Harry has genuine security concerns about the safety of his family in light of his mother’s death and feels that his father can help him in his ongoing battle with RAVEC (the entity that oversees security).”

Royal security is linked to the annual Sovereign Grant, which is managed by the government. As a hereditary monarch, King Charles cannot compel the elected British government to take action just because Harry requires it.

The monarch, Queen Camilla and other invited royals, will vacation at Balmoral Castle until late September or early October.
