Police are investigating the mysterious deaths of Cameron (28) and Courtney Hulet (20), who were found dead at their kitchen table in Dundee, Michigan.
The couple appeared to be preparing to eat Taco Bell when they suddenly collapsed. A neighbor who visited around 9 p.m. initially thought they were asleep. Hours later, seeing them unmoved, she called police.
Authorities found no signs of trauma, forced entry, or foul play. The couple’s food was untouched, and a pound of marijuana—apparently being divided for distribution—was found on the table.
Autopsy and toxicology results are pending to determine the cause of death. Dundee Police Chief Todd Opperman called the case a “puzzle,” with no clear explanation yet.
The couple had recently moved to Dundee and had two young children removed from their care by Child Protective Services. Cameron reportedly had a criminal history involving marijuana possession and assault.
