Funeral plans have been made for a 2-year-old child from Arkansas who passed away after a beating.

Following Ava’s death on March 4, Wesley Davis’ first accusation of first-degree domestic violence was changed to first-degree murder.

Judge Bryan Chesshir imposed a $1 million bail on Davis last Thursday and barred him from contacting the victim’s relatives.
