Donald Trump Slams Reporter For ‘Nasty’ Nickname She Calls Him

Donald Trump has slammed a reporter for the ‘nasty’ nickname she called him after being asked about the impact of his ‘tariff threats’.

Since the start of his second term, Trump has signed off many new orders including tariffs across multiple countries.

These tariffs are expected to impact large companies including Apple and Walmart.

This initially sent the market sinking however things turned a corner this week causing Wall Street to come up with a nickname for the president.

When a reporter asked Trump about this nickname on May 28 during a live press conference, he wasn’t best pleased.

The reporter asked: “They’re saying ‘Trump Always Chickens Out’ on the tariff threats and that’s why markets are higher this week. What’s your response to that?”

The nickname created to mock his tariff’s is the ‘TACO trade’ aka Trump Always Chickens Out. Yikes…

Initially confused by the question, Trump responded: “Six months ago, this country was stone-cold dead. We had a country, people didn’t think it was gonna survive. And you ask a nasty question like that?”

“Don’t ever say what you said. That’s a nasty question.”

This follows another recent confrontation with a different jouralist on May 20 at Capitol Hill.

They asked: “Andy Harris said that you didn’t adequately convince enough people to vote for the bill?” to which Trump replied: “Who? I don’t even know what the hell that is. Get yourself a real job.”
