In a stunning revelation, Border Czar Tom Homan has confirmed that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) is under federal investigation for allegedly employing a criminal alien on her congressional staff — and helping them flee the country when ICE got involved.
During a live interview, Homan was asked how someone unlawfully in the U.S. could land a job inside Congress with access to sensitive information. His response? “It’s not possible — and that’s why ICE is now drilling into the case.”
But it doesn’t stop there.
Homan also accused AOC and her Squad allies of publicly teaching illegal immigrants how to evade ICE arrests. “That’s a crime,” Homan declared, citing federal statutes that prohibit knowingly hindering deportation efforts. “She’s not educating them on rights — she’s educating them on how to be prosecuted.”
He made it clear: ICE has been instructed to start filing criminal charges in cases where individuals, or those who help them, attempt to block lawful removal orders.
This could mark a legal turning point — and possibly a historic first — for a sitting member of Congress aiding and abetting federal immigration violations.
