Justin Bieber's fans have been voicing their concern for quite a while now, and his latest Instagram post has only added to their growing worries.

Bieber’s most recent Instagram upload came on a Sunday. In it, he’s drenched in sweat and has a towel draped over his head, giving off a very intense vibe.
The series of photos includes just one where he’s smiling. He captioned the post with a stretched-out word: ‘Detoxxxxxxxxxxx.’
While a number of followers applauded him for sharing the post, others couldn’t help but express their continuing concern about how he’s really doing.
One fan showed support by commenting: "Proud of you man, detox of any kind isn't easy. You got hailey and god to guide you through this time."
Another follower chimed in with a heartfelt message: "Forever the most precious to me please stay healthy and happy."
And a third added their encouragement: "You got this we beleeb in you."
Still, some fans couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling and voiced their worries. One person wrote: "I'm afraid that one day something happens to him and these are the signs he was giving, help."
Another expressed deeper emotion by saying: "I see your pain.And more than that… I see your soul trying to scream in the silence."

It's still unclear exactly what kind of detox Bieber was referring to in his post. And knowing how private he tends to be, fans probably won’t be getting a detailed explanation anytime soon.
This moment follows earlier reports where a spokesperson for Bieber denied any rumors related to drug use. These rumors had started to swirl due to concerns over his appearance and how he’s been acting lately.
Even though that statement was meant to put minds at ease, some people are still speculating that something might be going on behind the scenes—possibly even affecting his relationship with Hailey.
In another post that surfaced last month, fans began to speculate once again—this time about a possible disconnect between Justin and Hailey.
Bieber shared a few Instagram Stories that featured clips from a content creator. Viewers quickly assumed the message behind the video was linked to Hailey giving him the cold shoulder.
One of the clips included the line: "B—- if you giving me the silent treatment at least tell me why. I have anxiety and I have overthinking. Left and right, they go hand in hand. If you give me any room for error there will be error."
