Former Epstein Attorney Reveals Names Of 2 Dems On ‘List’

Former Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz identified two former high-ranking Democratic officials on Sunday, whom he claims are mentioned in the Epstein files.

In an interview with Fox News Sunday host Shannon Bream, Dershowitz emphasized that there has never been an official ‘client list,’ but he pointed out that names can be revealed through various means and that further information exists.

Dershowitz was previously part of Jeffrey Epstein’s legal team during the 2008 case, in which Epstein admitted guilt to soliciting prostitution from a minor.

‘Are [the names] in the grand jury transcripts, and do you think a judge will release that?’ Bream inquired of the attorney.

‘I believe the judge should release it, but they are not included in the grand jury transcripts. There are sealed records held by two or three federal judges in the New York courts. I have reviewed some of these documents,’ Dershowitz replied.

‘For instance, there is an FBI report detailing interviews with alleged victims in which at least one victim names very prominent individuals, and those names have been redacted. I am aware of some of the names from my investigation,’ he continued.

‘George Mitchell, the former senator from Maine; Bill Richardson, the former ambassador to the UN; and former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak … have all been accused. However, whether any of these individuals actually committed any wrongdoing remains uncertain, as we know there have been numerous false accusations,’ Dershowitz further remarked.

Mitchell, the 91-year-old former Democratic Senate Majority Leader, withdrew from public life in 2011, while Richardson—who also held the position of governor of New Mexico—passed away in 2023.

Dershowitz himself faced accusations of misconduct related to Epstein. Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s most prominent accusers who tragically died by suicide in April, claimed in 2019 that Dershowitz was among the men she was compelled to have sexual relations with at Epstein’s behest, according to NBC News.

Dershowitz vehemently denied the accusation and initiated a defamation lawsuit against Giuffre, as reported by the Western Journal.

Dershowitz informed Bream that “a woman named Sarah Ransome submitted an affidavit. It is likely included in the records. It has probably been sealed, in which she accused Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, and Richard Branson of engaging in sexual activities with minors. She claimed to possess videotapes of these incidents, but after an investigation, she confessed that she fabricated the entire narrative, yet the affidavit continues to exist in the court records.”

The New Yorker noted in 2019 that “Ransome was yet another flawed witness” against Epstein.

“In the autumn of 2016, she indicated to the New York Post that she had sex tapes involving several high-profile individuals, including Bill Clinton and [President] Donald Trump — but was unable to produce the tapes when requested. (Ransome [stated] that she had concocted the tapes to attract attention to Epstein’s actions, and to convince him that she possessed ‘evidence that would emerge if he harmed me’),” the publication further reported.

Dershowitz remarked to Bream, “Thus, we must differentiate between genuine accusations and false ones.”

In response, Trump posted on his Truth Social platform last weekend that he has directed his Justice Department to seek the release of pertinent information regarding Epstein after facing backlash from the MAGA base following the publication of a DOJ/FBI memo asserting that there is no ‘client list’ or additional incriminating evidence to disclose about Epstein.

“I have requested the Justice Department to make all Grand Jury testimonies concerning Jeffrey Epstein public, contingent only upon Court Approval. That said, even if the Court granted its complete and unwavering consent, it will never satisfy the troublemakers and radical left extremists making the demand. They will always want more, more, more. MAGA!” he stated.
