Donald Trump Considering Pardoning Diddy After Bail Decision

Donald Trump is allegedly considering pardoning Sean “Diddy” Combs after his bail decision yesterday.

According to TMZ, sources shared that Trump is “more than open” to pardoning Diddy but that he wanted to wait to find out what Judge Arun Subramanian would decide to do with his bail petition.

Yesterday, the judge denied the 55-year-old bail and refused the offer of a $50 million bond for the rapper to live in his mansion in Miami, while awaiting his sentencing hearing in October.

“It is impossible for the defendant to demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that he poses no danger,” Subramanian previously said.

The rapper has been behind bars since September but maintains his innocence after pleading not guilty to transportation to engage in prostitution, racketeering and s*x trafficking.

His two guilty counts are based on two of his ex-girlfriends; Cassandra Ventura Fine and an anonymous woman called “Jane” for the purposes of the court case.

During a post-verdict hearing, the judge shared that “Jane’s” testimony where she allegedly claimed the rapper choked and dragged her while they were having an argument, helped make that decision.

His legal team admitted that Combs would take accountability for the physical abuse towards his ex-girlfriends, but that he was not guilty of the federal crimes.
