A disturbing video has emerged showing a father violently yelling and physically abusing his child in a busy parking lot, leaving witnesses shocked and concerned for the child’s safety.
Bystanders quickly intervened, and authorities have been notified. The child appeared frightened and distressed throughout the incident.
