Ingredients

For the Chicken Bites

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta

12 oz fettuccine (or pasta of your choice)

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup chicken broth

Salt and pepper, to taste

Extra garlic butter (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

2) Prepare the Chicken Bites

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Add the butter and minced garlic, stirring until fragrant and the chicken is coated in the garlic butter sauce. Remove from heat and set aside.

3) Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Add the Parmesan and mix until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

4) Combine

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Use a splash of reserved pasta water if needed for extra creaminess. Spoon the garlic butter chicken over the pasta and drizzle with extra garlic butter if you like.

5) Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy a cozy, restaurant-worthy meal at home!
