Crystal Wilsey, Cinnabon employee fired after calling Somali customers the N-word in viral video, has a criminal record

A Cinnabon employee who was fired after she was filmed racially abusing a Somali couple at a Wisconsin mall has been identified as a 43-year-old mom.

Crystal Wilsey, from Oneida, Wis., is the woman at the center of the disturbing video that went viral on social media, according to the Daily Mail.

She has a lengthy rap sheet, including domestic abuse and drug possession, records obtained by the outlet show.

The clip shows Wilsey hurling the N-word and other vitriol during a heated argument with two customers at Bay Park Square Mall in Ashwaubenon, near Green Bay.

Crystal Wilsey has been identified as the Cinnabon employee caught on video unleashing a racist tirade on costumers.

The unidentified customer, who was at the mall with her husband on Friday, claimed the dispute broke out after she asked Wilsey to add more caramel to her pecan cinnamon roll, according to her cousin, Sabrina Osman, who posted the video on TikTok.

“I am racist, and you are a n—-r,” Wilsey told the two customers, whom Osman described as a “black Somali couple.”

“I am racist, and I’ll say that to the whole entire world,” the mom said, before pointing at the pair and adding, “Don’t be disrespectful.”

“You’re ruining your life, by the way,” Osman’s cousin told Wilsey.

“Byeeee,” Wilsey replied sarcastically, smiling at the couple before raising both her middle fingers at them and staring at the camera.

“You talk about respect? You are fired from this place, motherf–ker. You’re not going to be working here,” the man filming told Wilsey.

In response, she crossed her arms, gestured to her crotch, and told the couple, “Suck it.”

“Suck what? Look how you f–king look,” the man replied, prompting Wilsey to repeat herself.

“What’s wrong with you?” Osman’s cousin asked her.

“What the f–k is wrong with you, you f–king ugly b—h, get the f–k out of my face,” Wilsey replied, continuing to flip the bird at the customers filming her.

“You are the ugliest person I’ve ever seen in my life,” the husband told Wilsey, to which she responded, “Good!” before branding the couple “f–king evil f–ks.”

Osman said her cousin and her husband “could tell the atmosphere was not welcoming at all because of this worker’s facial expression and attitude,” she explained in her TikTok video.

Her cousin noticed that the caramel was running low and asked Wilsey if she had any more, before the employee appeared to grow angry and began racially insulting the couple, Osman claimed.

“Keep squeezing that caramel, b—h,” the man filming shouted at Wilsey at some point.

Cinnabon confirmed on Sunday that the employee, whom it did not publicly identify, had been fired.

“We’ve seen the disturbing video from the Cinnabon bakery in Ashwaubenon, WI, and we do not condone this behavior,” the company said in a statement on X.

“The former employee was immediately terminated by the franchise owner. Their actions do not reflect our values or the welcoming experience every guest deserves,” the statement concluded.

A GiveSendGo fundraiser appeared shortly after the video circulated to raise money for the employee’s living and legal costs, and had garnered more than $20,000 in donations within two days.

The fundraising page claims the customers instigated the argument by harassing Wilsey during her shift, which triggered the outburst.

It isn’t clear what exactly happened before the customer began filming Wilsey.

Wilsey didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment from The Post.
