Heartbreaking news came from Snoop Dogg’s family this weekend. His only daughter, Cori Broadus, shared that her little girl, Codi Dreaux, has passed away at just 10 months old.
Cori posted the devastating update on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, January 31. She included a touching black-and-white photo of herself holding her baby, smiling through what must have been an incredibly tough time. Over the image, she wrote simply: “Monday I lost the love of my life. My Codi,” with a small angel wing emoji.

Cori’s fiancé, Wayne Deuce, also opened up on his own Stories, posting photos of himself cradling their daughter. He wrote: “I been the saddest since u left me Codi Dreaux. But I know u at peace. Daddy will always love you,” and simply added “My baby.”
This comes after Cori first announced her pregnancy in late 2024, sharing how doctors were worried but she trusted things would work out. The whole journey has been so public and raw—full of hope, struggles, joy when Codi came home, and now this unimaginable loss.

The family is grieving deeply, and honestly, it’s hard to even find the right words. Sending so much love and strength to Cori, Wayne, Snoop, and everyone close to them during this impossible time. Rest in peace, little Codi.
